Normand Corbeil

Throughout his Hollywood career, Normand Corbeil's musical talent was featured in a variety of Hollywood productions. Corbeil began his entertainment career with his music featured in films like the Gratien Gelinas drama "Les Tisserands du pouvoir" (1988), "Les Tisserands du pouvoir 2" (1988) with Gratien Gelinas and the Zachary Ansley drama "Princes in Exile" (1991). His music also appeared in the action picture "Screamers" (1996) with Peter Weller, the dramatic comedy "Never Too Late" (1997) with Olympia Dukakis and the Aidan Quinn action film "The Assignment" (1997). In the nineties and the early 2000s, Corbeil's music continued to appear on the silver screen, including in films like the Tommy Lee Jones box office smash action flick "Double Jeopardy" (1999), the Wesley Snipes action movie "The Art of War" (2000) and the action film "Extreme Ops" (2002) with Devon Sawa. His work was also in "The Statement" (2003). Corbeil had a number of different projects under his belt in the early 2000s, including "Before the Fall" with Max Riemelt (2005), "Cheech" with Ruth Chiang (2006) and "My Daughter, My Angel" (2007). His credits also expanded to "The Contract" (2007) and "Emotional Arithmetic" with Gabriel Byrne (2008). Most recently, Corbeil worked on the drama "The High Cost of Living" (2011) with Zach Braff. Corbeil was nominated for an Outstanding Music Composition For a Miniseries, Movie or a Special (Dramatic Underscore) Primetime Emmy Award for "Hitler: The Rise of Evil" in 2003 as well as for an Outstanding Music Composition For a Miniseries, Movie or a Special (Original Dramatic Score) Primetime Emmy Award for "Human Trafficking" in 2006.
